Nohm Store is committed to your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return or exchange your purchase.

Free Exchanges and Refunds (Within 14 Days)

We happily offer free exchanges and refunds on items that are still in excellent condition within 14 days of purchase. "Excellent condition" means the item(s) must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Please Note:

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of delivery for both the returned item and the exchanged item (if applicable).
  • Exchanges and refunds will only be processed after the items have been inspected by our driver upon pickup.

How to Make a Return or Exchange

  1. Email: Send an email to info@nohmstore.com stating your intent to return or exchange the item(s). Please mention your order number and the specific item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Pickup: Once we receive your email request, we will arrange for a driver to pick up the item(s) from your designated location.
  3. Inspection: Upon pickup, the driver will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the "excellent condition" criteria.
  4. Refund: If the items meet the criteria, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Additional Information

  • We are unable to process exchanges or refunds for items that are not in "excellent condition" or that fall outside the 14-day window.
  • This policy applies to online purchases only. In-store return and exchange policies may vary.
